went biking on saturday, and found these a few yards off my normal trail. Can anyone identify them? Also included my bike and a picture of a true hero who drove his c6 to the park. Also I didn’t realize how terrible these pictures were until I got them off my phone.

This is a Chrysler motor. 300 series? Desoto?

a 4 cyl car with air conditioning. Not sure why it has “spitfire” embossed on the valve cover.

Studebaker Champion. Not sure on the specific year, but I’m almost positive on the car.

I tried DeSotos, Plymouths, but the only match of that particular set of lights, that particular wraparound glass, and four doors was a Chrysler Windsor (‘52/’53). The DeSotos came in some models with similar glass and those taillights, but had different glass on the four doors... and so on.

Appears to be a small bearing Ford 9” axle.

I will have to get more/better pictures next time I go.

Daytime outdoor photos with snow may have over exposed them a tad, but Kinjas white background doesn’t help. Some phone cameras have adjustments you can make before taking photos might help out next time.

Yep, and here’s the chassis of a ‘58 Ford Ranch Wagon:
Definitely a late ‘50s FoMoCo of some kind, I’d say.

Walking through snow in bike shoes does not make for an extended photo shoot. I will prepare for pictures better next time.

surprisingly it’s not the snow thats bad, but the few spots where it melted that get you. That mud gets real slick. When it gets real icy, I will switch to studs. Its just a matter of staying warm.

Pretty sure that’s an elm in the last picture, maybe some ash or hickory in the first two pics. Can’t tell with the third pic, somebody parked a jeep in the way. Next time you need to get closer to the forest to see them trees. /s (nice photos btw, it’s not easy shooting with snow and shadows throwing off the dynamic contrast, even with a non-potato camera)

#1 looks like Stude from rear window opening and quarter panel.
